Meet the Founder

As a life coach and mentor, I combine personal experience, cultural awareness, and professional insight into every conversation. My journey of self-development began in 2015, when I left my homeland, Sudan, to pursue a Master's degree in Information Security in Dublin, Ireland. It was my first time stepping out into the world beyond Sudan — a challenging and transformative experience. Adapting to new cultures, languages, and environments required me to grow unexpectedly. This change, reflection, and resilience journey sparked my passion for personal growth, self-awareness, and helping others walk their path of transformation. Since 2013, I have been mentoring post-secondary students — supporting them in academics and building the confidence and mindset needed to thrive. Over the years, each country I've visited — whether for study, work, or leisure — has contributed significantly to my self-discovery and emotional intelligence. These life-changing moments fuel my mission to guide others through transitions and self-empowerment. In 2022, I discovered Access Consciousness®, a tool that has profoundly impacted how I view life and relationships — with myself, my family, friends, and work. Using these tools allowed me to step into my femininity, live in alignment with ease, and truly celebrate every day, regardless of circumstances. Today, I live each day with gratitude, joy, and presence — and I bring this energy into every session. I believe in the power of awareness, intention, and softness to bring about lasting transformation.
